Notes:
Everyone will have to make their own reservations, and please make sure to specify your arrival and departure dates (the rooms are pre-reserved for arrival on the 18th and departure on the 20th).
Availability of rooms is generally limited, and availability at the Hampton Inn is extremely limited. Please double up (at least) in rooms if possible. Also, please get a room at the Sleep Inn if you know that you will be driving to Urbana (parking is free at Loomis on Saturdays). We will arrange transportation for those staying at the Sleep Inn who do not have a car (more details on that soon). November 19th is a home football game; traffic along Lincoln Ave and highway 74 will be busy a few hours before and right after the game.
